Default First year on the job

How was it?

(Note: I edited this thread from a venting thread after I realized I probably shouldn't do that on the internet)

Did you pass annual review? What type of insurance work are you doing? Entry level or not?

I passed my performance review (but it was kind of a "too new to rate accurately so we'll give you some leeway for now"), and I'm entry level yes

ah, my first year. Back then I was a rising star. So ambitious...I would argue with directors about what work I should be doing. Thought I would be the CEO by the time I was 30.

Now I can see why everyone hated me.

What? Why did you change your OP? My video makes no sense without it.

Rough and awkward at first, with a little blood. But after you get into the swing of things it was really fun.
