I'd probably smile if someone used that phrase as a joke during an interview when asked about the gap. On a resume, I'd expect no explanation. It's for me to ask if I like the rest of it. A gap is a gap. If it was large, I'd expect it to be briefly addressed in the cover letter. "I am hoping to re-enter the workforce after several years at home caring for my small children." But this is a field where jokey communications don't fit. If it was for an advertising position, maybe it would go over fine. A sense of humor plays well in commercials, but not so much in rate filings.

Well, I did have a Florida regulator laugh at my +40% homeowners filing once, so not 100% sure I agree here.
