Default SOA Contact

What is the best way to contact the SOA? I've been waiting for a response from the SOA for almost 3 months. I sent a follow-up e-mail to ombusperson a few days ago and still haven't got any response. I tried to call, but given my schedule, it's really hard to call. Look like I just have to wait (and pray?) for their response.

Response for what? Your admission ticket or an exam question? If it is related to a faulty question (or whatever), then I can't help you. I've had them not mail me my ticket before and it isn't that big a deal - just bring your ID and supplies to the exam (as long as you can get a verbal over the phone that they have you registered). They'll have a list there.

It concerns my exam paper. It's like waiting for a 3-month-delayed exam result!
