Gordo, I don't know what you're used to by way of waves, but a recruiter may be able to hook you up in Florida. You're generally not going to get much more than one footers where I've been, but the storms probably kick up a bit now and then. I know that there are occassionally P&C positions there, but I don't know about "the other side."

Heading north from there, I don't think that you'll find anything before Maryland that's close enough to the coast to take a half day on the fly and make it meaningful.
