Rising Fellow is coming out with a cookbook for 9.
I've heard people like the Crystal Clear manual too, although my understanding is that it's more of a supplement.

Separate question: for anyone reading the BKM source text, where can I find the solutions to all the end-of-chapter questions? I've been flipping through all the pages, but can only seem to find solutions for the "concept checks" and not the actual practice problems.

Finished Cummins Capital today. The last couple weeks have been pretty bad: work has picked up, and I just haven't felt like studying most of the time. Will try and get Butsic done tomorrow, and then resume next week.
