Seems like BKM 10th edition is still the newest edition. I guess it's unlikely that 11th edition will be released soon and CAS decide to use 11th edition for 2019. Actuarial library at my work has like BKM 6th to 9th, so I was like wow that's a lot of revisions!!

If you’re writing a college textbook and you don’t release a new edition each year you’re leaving money on the table

I will be slowly reading BKM whenever I feel like it, but I will be mainly working on ARe designation in July-September. See you guys in October

IIRC the first one is basically a dumbed down version of the online courses. The second one is where you actually learn about reinsurance and the last one I remember finishing in like a half hour after just skipping through it.

I got waiver for the first one. That's really fortunate because it would be the third time going through the same material otherwise (first with OC, second with CPCU) coverage chapters are kinda boring...doing it 3 times?

I supplemented these a lot with my own. They were a decent starting point though
