AAAAAHHHHHHH!

I deleted my Breath of the Wild progress last night!!!

I wanted to play through the beginning again, as I haven't played in a couple months and I wanted to get familiar with the controls again.

I didn't realize that it would delete ALL the save games!!!

30 hours of game play into the ether....

AAAAAHHHHHHH!

I think it's a sign saying to quit the game.

Played 4 and a half hours last night. Until 2:15 am. Had to wake up at 5.

It wasn't a pleasant morning.

Man, I feel the pain for you.
A few years ago in my internship, i'd seriously felt like dying from being tired at work after late night gaming.

On the plus side, you already know what a lot of Korok seed puzzles look like now. You should be able to pick out a lot you missed on the first playthrough. That's like 80% of the game. The other 20% being a mix of shrines, cooking, and upgrading your clothes.

Oh man... I really want to go Korok seed hunting now.

Is Dead Cells boring? I’m an hour into the game and haven’t died yet, but I’m just kind of bored. Maybe I’m just not in the right mood for it. Maybe my expectations tainted things, as I kept hearing about how you’re going to die and a lot. So, I expected a challenge like Dark Souls. I don’t feel like I’ve been challenged at all so far. Or maybe it’s because I heard Roguelite Metroidvania and don’t feel like that button is being pressed. I might be done and just try Hollow Knight now.

Just started Hollow Knight this weekend and love it. Harder than I thought it would be.

after watching one of my favourite youtubers play it for a while (Neebs), I decided to download Raft on Steam yesterday. Seems like a decent game to just space out and play for a couple hours here and there. A couple things were immediately evident to me: 1) I need to read up on some early game strategy, I died of hunger really damn quick and 2) my POS laptop is not made for even moderate amounts of gaming. It was laggy as hell.

Game seems fun, but like I said, I have some research to do on what the critical order is for first upgrades. And I guess I'll start considering whether a new computer is in my future.

Try out my mobile game Chaos Runner 3D (developed by an actuary ;D). Would appreciate a 5* rating if you like it!

Note that you have to log in to save/load your progress.
