Default Withdrawal of Proposed Nondiscrimination Rules

Hard to believe this happened so quickly! It sounds like the ASPPA campaign to "write to Congress" had an impact.

The January 2016 proposed changes to the non-discrimination regulations which had an adverse impact on small plans have been withdrawn. The other provisions which provided relief for certain "closed plans" are still in effect.
