Default ERM Module before Design & Accounting?

Is there any or much dependency on the Design and accounting exam for the ERM module?

I have passed the Social Insurance module and EA exams, but have not yet taken the Design and accounting exam which per SOA precedes the ERM module in the recommended order for FSA- retirement track.

I would like to knock this module out while I have some time this winter, ideally.

Thanks in advance.

There's no dependency on D&A for the ERM module. I think the only reason they recommend D&A before the ERM module is because they want you to take the longer 5-hour exam first, and then if you choose to take ERM instead of RPIRM, they want you to go through the module first.

There's some overlap between D&A and RPIRM. I assume there's overlap between the ERM module and the ERM exam, and of course there's overlap between the two EA exams, but otherwise everything else is pretty self-contained.

FWIW, I did everything out of order - EA exams, RPIRM, Social Insurance Mod, D&A, DMAC, Financial Economics Mod, ERM Mod.
