So I have enough dust saved up to craft a relatively cheap deck, like pirate warrior or quest rogue...I think I'll just save some more

Secret mage looks interesting, highly interactive, but I doubt I have the requisite HS knowledge to pilot it effectively. It's definitely a deck that rewards you for anticipating your opponents plays.

I see enough mages running a quest deck that I think it's worth carrying an Eater of Secrets to eat their ice block. This makes them sad . But yes, it's often a wasted card.

yea, I was considering adding flare to my midrange hunter deck, but the matchup is favorable enough without it. I have a bit more trouble with the tempo version of mage.

Eater of Secrets breaking their spirit for a kill shot is worth the other games when it's mostly worthless. Very satisfying.
