It's the exact same play as multi-player, except you can't trade, you can't join up with people, and you level a lot, lot, lot slower.

Well, it was in DII anyway.

No, why would it?

Hell, I've been gaming long enough (tabletop as well as video games) that if such a trivial matter bothered me I'd have stopped a long time ago.

Because you could trade it for something of similar value in multiplayer.

If you couldn't trade it - it would diminish the fun that you have had playing?

Since it's so hard to get the specific item you want, yes.

With the Diablo games yes it would. Most of the fun with Diablo is getting awesome loot that you can either use or trade for good loot you can use. Diablo is still fun single player but you miss a big chunk of the game if you don't play online.

I just put together my new PC two days ago and was installing windows and updating drivers yesterday. Now all I need to do is buy my video card.

So yeah, I'm pretty excited.

Nice!!! I'm not getting a new computer but I think it'll still work fine.

Have you been on their promotion site where they are giving out in-game banner sigils?

I haven't had a gaming PC since early college and I've always wanted to build my own. So this seemed like the right time and excuse to finally do it.

I haven't looked at the banner sigil thing, I'll have to check that out.
