I convinced IT to install SQL Server on my machine but I have no idea how to use it so hope I don't break the db

We have sql too. Access likes to get these 'mystery bugs' with no explanation and no error messages. I just spent 3 hours staring at the same mysteriously broken form, praying for death to take me peacefully.
