Boss can make a bigger difference than the company. Working for a crappy quasi-abusive boss at a great company is WAAAAY worse than working for a great boss at a decent company.

I didn't look into things too closely, but according to Google, both places have roughly 40,000 employees. Actuarial employees would be a subset of that 40,000 in both places.

None of those gives you much choice of employers, making it's a bit harder to move to a new job.
