Default embed an Excel sheet into a Word document

Office 2010.

I have a Word document, tps.docx.

I have an Excel workbook, gibbons.xlsx.
In that workbook are a number of sheets. I'm interested in the sheet named "portwood".

I want to take only the portwood sheet from gibbons.xlsx & embed it into tps.docx.

Also, the portwood sheet is in landscape orientation. tps.dox, of course, is in portrait orientation, so I need the portwood sheet rotated so that it fits nicely into the word doc.

Make sense? Thanks for your help.

Not fully the answer you are looking for, but just make a copy of the tab into a new spreadsheet and insert that instead. Paste special could be useful, as would the googles.
