It's a major problem, and now the leading cause of #of years lost, since it tends to be young people that die from it. Fentanyl in particular, because of the amazing economics of it for the dealers.

Up to 4 plants at home, but no size restriction on the plants. There are videos online of massive plants strung along chicken wire.
