seems like the tl;dr is that robertson/NCCI was okay but you can actually refine your ELF tables by class?

IIRC the TIA video for the last Robertson lesson ended with 'you shouldnt refine your ELF tables by class since the data is too thin'. Then proceeds to explain that this is exactly what Couret & Venter do in their paper.
