Default please help!!

I was browsing the ISU's masters in act.sci page, and came across this:
1.UG in act.sci will help students for the first 4 act.sci exams and in satisfying VEE requirements.
2.Graduate work will help students prepare for higher exams conducted by SOA and CAS
Does this mean that an UG in act.sci ,in ISU is necessary before taking MS Act.Sci?

No. An ideal candidate would have exams P/1 and FM/2 though.
