I'm surprised Cigna is large enough to buy them. ESI is a higher fortune rank correct?

Vertical integration seems to be the name of the game these days. I wonder how that will go over for ES clients who compete with Cigna.

The whole point of PBMs seems to be mistreating the customer. All of them. JMO, of course.
