Default STAR WARS IS BACK!

Don't know if anyone started a thread about this or not (opening night thread has drifted a bit too much), but I just got back from seeing it and loved it. Recaptured that Star Wars feeling that was missing in the last one. Frankly, I though return of the jedi was kind of weak (Ewoks are no better than Jar Jar IMO) so I rank this as at least my third favorite (4,5,2,6,1).

Favorite line:
Obi Wan to Annakin after a particularly harrowing chase, "Why do I have the feeling you'll be the death of me?"

I won't give away who said "I have a bad feeling about this" or anything else. But, I hadn't seen any of the previews or read anything about it so I was surprised to see some familiar faces. I won't give any of it away till at least tomorrow And that scene with yoda (which I had heard about and didn't know what to expect) was great too

Has anyone else seen it yet? If not, ignore the critics and go see it.

Oh well, back to studying I guess.

I was beginning to think I was the only one that liked it! Where's Shekky when you need him? Shekky, go see it.

I enjoyed it also. I'd agree with TDA, much better than Episode I. I'd even rank them all the same way TDA did.

This is getting my hopes up. If they are only to be cruelly dashed I will hunt you down and rub all your skin off with a belt-sander. Just a warning.

I posted this on the Opening night thread:

I didn't even find the first 90 minutes that bad. At no point was I cringing in sympathy for the cast. At no point did anyone say, "Exsqueeze me." And now we really have good reason to dislike Jar-Jar!
