I'll take your raisins. They aren't super nutritional but oh well.

Pasta: replace with real food. Carbs should not be a meal outside of maybe breakfast, and even then, skip the sugar.

It shouldn't even be half of the meal. An accent at most.

Then I guess rice and bread also shouldn’t be a meal.

They are even better if you replace the raisins with chocolate chips, but simply removing the raisins (and perhaps adding a bit more spice) transforms them from nasty soggy oatmeal raisin cookies to a cookie I might want to eat.

Look into sungold kiwis from New Zealand. They sell them here at most grocery stores during certain times of the year. They tend to be slightly larger or about the same size as typical kiwis, but with pretty fuzz-less skin.
