I wish. OTOH, the ability to make such serendipitous posts by accident might be better than doing it deliberately.

And "high performance culture" It might be true for Netflix, but I've heard it said by so many companies that I'm numb to the term. When I read it all I see is throw-away HR speak.

That a guy in his mid 20's making $200k at Netflix could happen maybe 1% of the time.

He would either have to be an absolute technical wizard or CS doesn't really know much about Netflix and its employees other than what he just read on glassdoor.com

My money is on the latter.
