Default advice for an open source actuarial project

Hi everyone,
I am new to the discussion forum and only a beginner in the actuarial field. I want to start an open source project and would like to ask your opinions. Currently, I have built a simple skeleton for the (valuation) model (in python). It is quite impossible for me to finish the project solely by myself if there is no any guidance or help. I am more than willing to learn everything so I think my ignorance is not a problem. If any of you feel interested in this project (you may comment or pm me), I will start it up in Github, maybe this weekend, with some documentations of what I have done and what I plan to do. If none of you feel interested, then I will postpone this idea.
