Got 3% < x <= 4%. Our company typically gives 1% to 4%, so I'm not unhappy.

Reviews here are done on your hire date anniversary. My review was in the last two weeks of 2018, so I'm calling that my 2019 raise.

Outlier anecdote: I got 8% this year.

I think this is mostly an artifact of being the first person to get credentialed at this company, and management realizing they may have initially lowballed my salary for someone with an ACAS. Kudos to them for trying to be more competitive.
