first six months at new company(>50% raise to make the move)

2% raise, 4% bonus

Nice that these % are on a much bigger # now

3.5% raise. pretty happy with that, was expecting <3.

bonus was 115% of my target for the year.

I feel like this is most people who were used to the post recession days but based on this survey, it seems companies have turned the corner and the 2% days are over and 3% is the new 2%... agreed AO?

People getting below average raises aren't exactly going to be flocking here and posting their information - not the greatest sample.
