Default Excel: text X-axis labels

Hi, want to use a bubble chart in excel, but can't quite seem to change settings so my X axis can have text labels instead of numbers. Anyone know any solutions ot this? When i change the data from right click -> select data -> and edit my series X values, the labels don't change.

Cheers,

Gareth Keenan
