Since the instructions identify this task as both a letter and a memo in separate sentences, is it appropriate to have headings for this task, ie: Executive Summary, Intro, Data, Analysis, etc?

I'm using headings.

I have a question about recommendations. Should you recommend that the model not have set interest rates for the full 20 years? I feel like that should be recommended...but isn't our consulting firm the one who created the model?

It seems weird to say, I recommend making these improvements to the model...that we created for you.

Summary of task 1 is not included in the letter to the client.

These titles don't even contextually make sense. If you want to break it into sections, break it into functional sections. I broke my task 6 into sections which were based on the major topics from the prior tasks being summarized; i.e. selection of # of assays, hedging factor, etc...
