so why did Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 suck so bad? I'm genuinely disappointed that they didn't do anything in that time off to innovate gameplay, but I guess I'm really not surprised either. really wanted to pick this one up after my exam but now that I'm done I have no interest given its reviews. how sad

Last night I watched a few minutes of a guy livestreaming Fallout 4. So excited. The "Destiny inspired" FPS combat seems ok. Still have yet to see anyone use VATS for more than one or two shots.

Total or per fight? You need AP to use VATS, so especially early on you would only have enough for a few shots.

Total. He was just blowing through ammo. I believe he was around level 13 when I was watching.

So I've been enjoying Teslagrad - a 2d puzzle platformer that was free via PS+ in the recent months. The game has trophies not tied to story or bosses at all, but collecting these scrolls. There are 36 scrolls in the game, and thus 37 trophies (one for each scroll, and then a platinum).

You need 15 scrolls to open the door to the final boss, which I didn't have by the time I got there. Since I needed to go find more, I decided to go get them all. So I was able to get all the scrolls and got the platinum trophy for the game. I go down to the final boss door to open it and I get the PS blue error screen. Shit happens, whatever.

So I go to restart the game, and it says "Data is corrupt" and my save is completely gone. I played quite a bit, so even my cloud save will require a lot of replay, which I don't plan on doing. So basically I'll have the platinum trophy for a game I will never finish

Some of the streamers look like they've never played a video game before.

Bought Black Ops 3 on Steam yesterday. Got a refund after 20 minutes of playing.

The only non-WW2 CoD I enjoyed was the original Black Ops. I am not a fan of all the modern/futuristic CoD games. Black Ops 3 re-affirmed it.

I think I played modern warfare. It may have had parts at Chernobyl. That wasn't too bad. But yeah, haven't played since that one.
