I mailed mine in and it was received on 2/8. My check was cashed on 2/18. They e-mailed me on 2/20 asking for my transcript, which I e-mailed back that day. On 2/24 I received the 'Acknowledgement of Application' Letter dated 2/20.

Apparently they "never received it". So whether it got lost in the mail, or they lost it, it disappeared into the ether.

I sent it again last week. Priority Mail this time.

Ugh.

Ugh, of course. Who did you speak to at the IRS to confirm it wasn't received?

Whomever answers the Joint Board email address.

All good though. My company informs me the new check was cashed today, so they certainly got it this time.

My check finally got cashed yesterday

I imagine they must be overwhelmed right now processing all of the renewals, with the new applications taking a back seat for now...

Has anyone heard an official response or announcement that enrollment application reviews will be delayed? Certainly understandable, and I assume so given exams were postponed too, but was just curious.

They told me in an email last week that the next Joint Board review meeting is scheduled for April 14th, which is the usual second Tuesday of the month. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if it ultimately gets cancelled or delayed.
