Default GUI library for C (windows 10 especially)

I'm practicing some simple programming in C (not C++) and would like to incorporate some graphics and mouse control.

Can anyone recommend a package that's free and fairly easy to learn?

I'm using code::blocks in Windows 10 with the built-in C compiler if that makes a difference.

You could use the Windows API.
