They should acknowledge that their show's entire concept is a ripoff of The 4400, on USA. Which is an awesome show. Heroes looks promising too, but there are already 2 seasons of The 4400 on DVD so I'd recommend checking that out if you like what you've seen from Heroes.

Hey, it appears they're showing Heroes on Sci-fi at 7PM EDT. I'll think about it.

Yep. This will be a regular thing - encore presentations on Sci-Fi later in the week.

And I just have to say, the mangled hand looked fake and grody! Eew, Eew, Eew! (And that's just stupid anyway. I mean why wouldn't she know to turn it off first? Also, I've accidentally dropped a ring into the disposal before - it jams the disposal.)

She wanted to injure her hand. Are you sure you watched the whole episode?

Also in a show about people with "super" powers you are questioning the realism of the garbage disposal jamming? Interesting point of view.

I watched Heroes and really enjoyed it. I liked how the various characters connected in different ways. "Super Hiro" is my favorite character, though.

I was pretty tired when I watched it, so I guess that just slipped by.

And OF COURSE I'm nitpicking a fantasy/sci-fi show. It's a favorite pasttime of nerds everywhere!

That's cool, but I believe the expression is "passtime" not pasttime, as in to pass the time. As long as we are nitpicking.

'pastime' is the correct way.
