Board: The power to amend rules and veto trades rests with the AOFBKL Board comprised of three individuals. The Board chooses an AOFBKL Observer. The Observer represents any unavailable Board member throughout the season. The Observer becomes a Board member the following season. The replaced board member becomes the AOFBKL Commissioner. The Commissioner creates and administers the league online. The Commissioner represents any second unavailable board member. This rule is basically defunct. The Commissioner (The Arbitrary, potentially a lifetime appointment) has taken over and runs the league as he sees fit, with democracy and common sense guiding us safely through the last several seasons since the board became defunct. All hail The Arbitrary! Dilly Dilly! (That last reference will be obsolete by the end of the season).

I've got this new honey-mead-wine I've been into lately.

Here are my keepers I'll assume I don't need to PM them
5.08 5.18 Gary Sanchez
8.08 8.19 Aaron Judge
10.08 Ian Happ

Oh and if anyone wants to trade up in the 5th to 5.08, shoot me a PM it will be cheap.

I have a dumb question, but bear with me. If I have a keeper that will cost a 10th, can I use a 9th (or any earlier round) to keep them?
