correction. You create the perception of your life. You alter the facts and the facts alters you but your perception is all your own, if you will it to be.

Your face when I've already been in cognitive behavioral therapy for over a year.

well, keep trying!

and just remember that you are going to die some day! we will all wake up one day and be 75, if we're lucky enough to live that long. cherish the life time that you have, the sooner we all realize this the better...

the perception of your life is mirrored in a feedback loop with reality. you are in control of what emits from you, and the universe bounces back a response

Oh boy, you wondered into the wrong crowd. I was going to mention that most depressed folks that I know are below the love/belonging line of Maslow's Hierarchy (the one's in this thread I know enough about nearly certainly are), but thought better of it.

Dear Diary,

Turns out, placebo insomnia has the same impact as real insomnia! (Whose idea was it again, to start this on a Tuesday?)

I wonder what other side effects I can talk my brain into today! I hope it's excessive yawning - that one always goes over well in meetings.

Here's to little-to-no suicidal thoughts or actions!

Love,
ThisBananaIsMakingMeALittleNauseous

P.S. I wish those ****ing construction workers outside my bathroom window would just **** off already.
