Default OC1: 2nd Edition vs 3rd Edition

Does anyone know if thereís a significant difference between the 2nd edition vs the 3rd edition that starts in the April - June testing window?

I have the textbook from the 2nd edition so Iím not sure if I need to spend the extra $268 to get the package with the 3rd edition textbook or if I can get away with just the online course materials.

Thanks in advance.

I am an actuarial student as well, so I cannot really speak to this from any official point of view, but I read through both Syllabi and there are very few differences. A few topics new or no longer in the 3rd edition, but the large majority looks the same to me.
