Default FA in progress and Elearn system is down!!!!

I am shocked that the system is down during a Monday, 7 am to 4 PM due to PLANNED MAINTENANCE.

Why planned during a Monday business hour?

Default Same Issue

I encountered the same issue. I emailed to them but did not get a reply.
Have you heard any feedback from them?

that's disturbing. what if you had to upload during that time? people tend to do FA on the weekend, so it would be highly likely that time time clock would expire on a Monday. pretty stupid timing.

They have you email your files directly to the SOA in that situation.

Makes sense.

I'm forgetting fa at this point, but iirc there were excel files that I would download more than once to start over or check my work. Would be annoying not to be able to do that. I guess it would likely not mean the difference between passing and failing though

I emailed them, no reply. I called them, they said that I need to send the files to them via email.
