Default Career Changer Resume Critique

My background is a bit peculiar. Right out of college I was offered a job as a property manager in Queens for a warehouse that was constantly undergoing renovation. Once all the renovations were completed, there was less for me to do and my hours were cut. So relying on my math degree I went into teaching. However, I found out quickly it wasn't for me so I ended up doing some part time work until the school invited me back to teach for another year. Out of desperation I took the job. Now I'm looking to transition into an actuary position. I've passed 2 exams but have no relevant internship experience. I've been to a few candidate connect conferences, but have not gotten a job out of it. I've attached my resume. Would love some constructive criticism.
