Default EOM 4 - Task 1 - Quickwich

Can we use the risk examples of Task 4 in our RCD tool of Task 1?

Also, do we have to select a likelihood and severity ourself or we let the employees decide?
If we select the likelihood and severity for each risk, do we have to justify our choices?

I think we are required to fill up 10 Sub-Risks in the table for Task 1 without justification.
But I don't know what should I enter for Sub-risk.
Should I enter somethings like the risks in task 4 or the Risk Subcategory on page 116 of Sim Segal?

I don't think that's important, what is important though is to categorize the risks evenly (same level of abstraction)

Segal p.122 mentions two keys to successful risk identification
1. Define the risk by source
2. Categorize risks evenly

Yes, yes, and no.

Yes, can use risks given in task 4 as part of the RCD tool in task 1. Can't see any reason why that isn't okay.

Yes, instructions say to include likelihoods and severities.

No, it's a sample. It's supposed to kick off a brainstorming discussion with subject experts.

Is this though 10 sub-risks for each category - so 30 total or 10 in total? 3, 3, and 4? Thanks

Can we use the risks defined in table "4.2 Common Risk Categories and Subcategories" from Sim Segal directly?
