Default CAS Monogram 6: A Machine Learning Approach to Parameter Estimation

Does anyone know where I can obtain the R code mentioned in this monogram? It doesn't seem to be on the CAS website nor in the references in the monogram.

Your best bet would be to try and reach out to the authors directly. Som Chaterjee's address appears in the monograph itself.

Also, consider checking out/joining the CAS community of interest groups for open source software or predictive modeling.

I reached out to Chatterjee and received the code a while back, so he does respond to emails. He said at that time he was going to contact the CAS, because there was supposed to be a link to the code where the Monograph is posted.

I tried to attach the zip file, but it's larger than the AO forum allows for uploads.

This reminds me of a thought I had for awhile, but the CAS should open its own Github account, even if unofficially. It should contain code repositories for articles, monographs and the Variance journal.

We're working on that. There are a number of issues related to copyright and warranty that are difficult to work through. But we're working through them.
