Thank you for pointing that out. I have it fixed now, you should be able to view all of the solutions for the fall without needing to log in.

What was your experience with your first sitting? By this I mean: Self-Grade vs. Actual Result.

For my first sitting, I remember after the exam I thought it went horrible. My only hope to get a 6 was for the SOA to be really generous and get a pass somehow. The MC went well (16 or 17 right) but the WA I left 2.5 questions completely blank and many sub-questions I was not sure of. I self graded myself between 50 and 54 out of 96 and I got a 4.

For this sitting, I remember having a good feeling after the exam. The MC went relatively well (15 or 16 right) and I had an answer for all WA questions. This time around I graded myself at around 70-73 out of 96. I'm confident I passed this time but we never know with the SOA.

Gotcha. I self graded myself at around 62.5 +- 2pts points for my first sitting so I was trying to get a grasp on what to expect. Unlike many, I did not remember my multiple choice score so that's a complete guess and I conservatively estimated about 14. WA I answered 3 pretty much completely. Answered one half way and wrote down some things on the other 2 fishing for partial. Ill follow up Monday I suppose with the outcome.

does anyone know what (approx.) time the SOA posts passing candidate numbers?

also, I'm pretty sure when the SOA released Exam C results, I received a text message telling me my results. does anyone know how to see if that is still applicable for this exam?

I think the text message is something you opt in or out of when you're registering for the exam. I typically got the texts at 7AM PST but not sure if SOA posts numbers at a different time.

Did you get the text message right before they release the candidate numbers or a while after?

In my experience, it was a few minutes after the candidate numbers were posted on the website.

Candidate numbers will be up here at 10am Eastern Time tomorrow morning, texts usually go out maybe 1/2-1hr afterward if I recall correctly.
