Wasn't he the all-time leading scorer in Big East history? May say something about the league.

the funny thing is that the names listed 2nd, 3rd, and 4th on the list alphebetically probably are the 3 most significant sports figures historically from syracuse. it is possible that melo could approach this upper tier by the end of his career along with harrison, mcnabb, freeney and maybe a couple of the older guys (isn't csonka in the HoF?).

what does it say? that all their really good players don't stay in college for 4 years? what a shocker.

i think troy bell broke moten's record. most freshmen who average 20 don't stay in college for 4 years, unless they're not NBA first rounders before their senior year...kinda like JJ (the leading ACC scorer).
