I'm in!

The new syllabus is out. Looks like just small changes to the Core section, which is always nice.

Any idea about the course for the sitting after this?

Would there be substantial changes?

It's tough to say, to be honest. They have sort of been in a pattern of updating the Core section one sitting and the Extensions the next, which would make Spring 2020 an "Extension update" sitting. For those, we usually lose about half the readings, but that doesn't really amount to much (5 readings or so changed on average). If I had to put money on something, it would be that.

But, the SOA is a mysterious beast and can, and does, do whatever they want. We probably won't start getting hints about their intentions until pretty close to the Fall 2019 sitting.

Last year the fall study notes went on sale at the SOA's site at the end of May. It could be before or later than that, however.
