It's my first time to use an ACTEX manual, but there are tons of errors... If you are shopping a new manual, I suggest you stay away from it.

Was wondering how everyone was studying material for the theory based corporate finance questions? I took a course over corporate finance but it is proving to not be helpful.

I recommend the source material: Corporate Finance from Berk & DeMarzo. It is straightforward and easy to read.

Are there certain chapters you focused on to cover the syllabus information?

I'd say 9.5, 13, 16, 23 and 24 (Just the sections that are mentioned in the syllabus, of course) are the ones to focus for theory based questions. It would be great if you can read all of them, tho.
