Man section D (Extended linear models) is a drag. I swear I don't understand half the material here.

ASM is not very clear either. I'm hoping to have some time in the end and read ISLR. Maybe the source materials explain better.

I think you may have more luck understanding if you do some of the R stuff from ISLR to apply it a bit. YMMV.

Hi folks,

Hoping your study sessions are going well. I'm planning to take this on Spring 2019 and just bought the ACTEX manual. Does anyone have a study calendar he/she is willing to share?

Sorry to spring this up on you - I plan to start early (around Nov) after the online courses.

Is doing the Modeling with R section on TIA worth it? I feel like I have a decent understanding of the material and it's not like they're going to ask me to bust out R on the exam.
