Free Exam P Study Aid + Probability Distribution Calculator (Android App)

Hi everyone,

I've created a free android application that will hopefully be of some use to aspiring actuaries.

This application is tailored to the Exam P syllabus, and has the following features:

1) useful flashcards containing important information for each distribution on the exam P syllabus. Knowing the information on these flashcards will allow you to go through problems much quicker.

2) distribution calculators for each distribution on the exam P syllabus. The user enters in parameters and the following is output - cumulative probabilities, discrete probabilities, percentiles (optional), mean, variance, skewness, kurtosis, coefficient of variation. This tool serves as an efficient and easy way to check your work and perform calculations.

3) a distribution quiz that tests the user's ability to recognize a distribution given the PDF/CDF, as well as it's mean and variance. The ability to score well on the quiz suggests the user is familiar with the distribution basics.

Please feel free to suggest any improvements, or any other features you would find useful.

Just tried it awhile ago, the quiz was fun. I realized that I have trouble recalling the variance of the distributions
