What do you mean "risk mentioning it to A"? The offer number, or the fact that an offer exists? If you would still like to consider A, tell them you have an offer with a deadline, and that if they want to pursue you as a candidate they will have to get to offer stage by (I'd say) Monday at noon. You don't have to tell them it's from the same company.

You have interviewed with A already, correct? If not, then Monday is probably too tight unless you are local and they are very flexible.

Given they are the same company, it seems like As offer, if it came, would also be 50% more. This changes nothing.
