Default Curtate vs Continuous Annuity SNF Demo

Remember back to the pre-Compact days...

So, NY requires a continuous demonstration, resulting in lower surrender charges. (Still do, as they still jhaven't joined the Compact.) Many other states allowed a curtate demo. Prior to the introduction of the Compact (which allows curtate demo), some other states started requiring continuous demos.

Anybody remember any of the non-NY states that required continuous?
