I haven't been looking for 6-7 years exactly, though i last worked was over 7 years ago. I was a stay-at-home-mom when i took my first exam.
I looked around 2004, didnt find one..then got an offer in 2006, and had to let go of it for personal reasons. My mom was very ill with a few years to go, and i chose to spend my time with her, and was the primary caregiver for a year and a half. Sadly, I lost her a year and a half ago. I have absolutely no regrets about not taking up that job in 2006.
So, yea, i have been in the market for the last year or so technically, and have been taking my exams in the meantime. Thats my story.
