You shouldn't generate the "ctrl + scroll to zoom" helper message whenever I scroll.

Don't use buttons like that for filter options. You should put all that stuff in one form and use checkboxes instead.

The office size filter isn't great. I mean do you really think people care that much that one office has 4 actuaries and another has 10 ?

Why is consulting all grouped together? I think that should be broken out by practice area.
