First let me thank you for providing your questions but I do have a quick question regarding this problem. Couldn't it be solved much simplier...

The first card a player recieves has no impact on the probability, the only thing that matters is that the second card matches it. The probability that the second card matches the first is 3 out of 51 ( 3/51=.0588)
