Ah. I was thinking perhaps a 'better' version of last year's non-insulated bag, AND an insulated bag. Two bags. What with all them points.

For a second I thought I read power blanket (like something with a built in heater or cooler), and then I came back to the harsh reality of power banks.

I looked at that, but my understanding is that 4000 mAh isn't much.

Then again, I have no idea what a mAh is or how much I actually need so maybe it's fine just for a cell phone, which is enough to be useful. I just noticed that the ones on Amazon are 20,000 mAh or more.

this link has a table in it that supposedly shows you how big the batteries are in various phones/tablets. no idea if it's accurate, but it looks like 4000 mAh is at least enough to give today's phones one full charge. and it's a free gift, so that's better than nothing.
