tbh, having an aunt with severe cerebral paulsy, I do find this joke to be offensive. Not enough to be hurt, but enough to have a bad first impression of you.

Making good jokes is a gift, you either have it or don't -- it's really awkward having to hear the explanation after each attempted joke... but jokes that are not funny are still better than jokes that are offensive
